Pre-Construction

Estimating, value engineering, constructability review, schedule logic, and procurement strategy — all completed before notice to proceed.

Execution

Project management, superintendence, safety program, cost controls, and the day-to-day work of building. Schedule and budget reporting on a regular cadence.

Close-Out

Punch, certificate of occupancy, turnover documentation, training of the operations team, and final accounting.

Warranty

Twelve-month warranty management and ongoing relationship with the operations team — because we'll see this asset again on inspection day.
