LOCATIONS
The "Buy A Condo, Get A Car" promotion is associated with the purchase of a residential unit at 1855-1923 West Diversey OR 2602-2622 West Diversey (shown on the right).
QUALIFICATIONS
The "Buy A Condo, Get A Car" promotion is valid only for the first FIVE contracts (received and accepted by the seller) to purchase a condominium at the projects described above.
OPTIONS
Each qualifying buyer for the "Buy A Condo, Get A Car" promotion must choose one of the following:
· $260 per month for 30 months towards buyer's car of choice
· $260 per month for 30 months towards buyer's existing car
· $260 per month for 30 months in cash
*Payable at time of closing.
TERMS
When selecting a car option, the buyer is responsible for taxes, license and registration, automobile insurance and any other fees associated with the purchase or lease of a new or used automobile. If a buyer leases a car greater than the allotted amount, the buyer is responsible for any costs not covered by the "Buy A Condo, Get A Car" promotion.
